Free Legal Aid Introduction:-             Now discuss will about legal aid term which means that free advice to any person, who is belonged to weaker class of society. Whose financial condition does not well for demanding justice to government. So these types of peoples don’t go to system for want a justice. But our constitution provided equal rights to all Indian people, so far Indian peoples have constitutional right to want justice, so that’s why government duties to protect any person in territory of India who is economically weaker. So the legal aid concept which arise from this situated demand will arisen.
