Introduction:-

            Now discuss will about legal aid term which means that free advice to any person, who is belonged to weaker class of society. Whose financial condition does not well for demanding justice to government. So these types of peoples don’t go to system for want a justice. But our constitution provided equal rights to all Indian people, so far Indian peoples have constitutional right to want justice, so that’s why government duties to protect any person in territory of India who is economically weaker. So the legal aid concept which arise from this situated demand will arisen. So far legal services authorities act 1987 had have pass by our Indian legislation for helping them (weaker class of society).

Motive and purpose of ''Legal Aid'':-

            If someone have want justice from other but his economical condition is not so good for file a suit then this time our constitution provided to every citizen of territory of India has equal right for justice in article 14 introduced that equal protection and democracy in India. duties and liabilities of government to protect this concept will be main motive of aid.

Provisions for legal aid:-

A. Provisions in Indian Constitution:-

   In the provision of Indian constitution in which 'Fundamental rights and Directive principle of state policies have stated that'. That's why person have own right for justice, introduced by constitution, because Indian constitution is grunt norms for all Indian Citizens and so far followed by all Indian citizen.That's why person have own right for justice, introduced by constitution, because Indian constitution is grunt norms for all Indian Citizens and so far followed by all Indian citizen.
  1.     Article 14 :- Article 14  The state not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within The territory of India. protection prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth. In this article  protected every person from injustice and provided to rights to the person  within this article, want justice to right of state's person and to give him. that's why should follow the same Article
  2.  Article 21 :-  Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1950 provides that, “No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.” 'Life' in Article 21 of the Constitution is not merely the physical act of breathing.
       Means that every person have it's own right to lives his life to honor. No one can any right to take away from it's own legal right from him.Which legal right ?, answer is that live him life to honor.
  3. Article 39A :-Article 39-A directs the State to ensure that the operation of the legal system promotes justice on a basis of equal opportunity and shall, in particular, provide free legal aid by suitable legislation or schemes or in any other way, to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen by.

B. Other Provisions in Indian Act:-

  1. Civil procedure code  (1908) order xxxIII(33) :-

    In provision of civil procedure code which order xxxIII(33) introduced that if a person is poor or belongs to the line of poor class then his court fees will be discounted.
  2.  Advocate Act 1961 under section 9 sub clause (A) :-

    In provision of Advocate Act 1961 under section 9 sub-clause (A) which introduced that this committee will be provided  free legal guidance to poor people in the territory of India.
